Real Estate Course Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our refund policy for all students who register for any courses including Continuing Education, Pre-Licensing, Brokers and other online seminars are pro-rated and based on the amount of material completed in a seminar. The Lee Institute School of Real Estate students can cancel their course within one week of registration. Notice of withdrawal within three business days less an administration fee of $50 without penalty. The administration fee for our continuing education program is $25. All Payments are due upon registration by credit card authorization in which you will have access to the seminars after you enroll. We guarantee all courses, and have provisions to ensure completion.

Any other form of payment including checking accounts, cash or cashier's check can be arranged for special handling by e-mailing our staff. If you had purchased books or other additional offline materials for a seminar before canceling, you will be responsible for returning those materials to the Lee Institute before a refund for those materials can be made. To authorize a refund to any student within seventh business days the following are required:

The Lee Institute has received an email canceling the student's registration and requesting a refund and the student has not logged onto and/or begun the online course.

Once a written refund request has been received a refund will be paid. All request will take 30 days to process. If the cancellation request is received by the seventh business days an administration fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
There will be no refund if the following situations occur:

if you have logged on to the online course, or if the refund request has passed the seventh business days from your registration date.
