SALESPERSON LICENSE:
An applicant for a Salesperson license must be at least 18 years of age and of good moral character. Applicants must complete 40-hours of classroom training and pass the state examination.
SALESPERSON COURSE TUITION:
$390.00 including text and study materials. You may pay in three installments ($390.00 tuition + $10.00 service charge) of $200.00 for first payment and $100 each for 2nd and 3rd. Total payment due must be received by the third lecture. Tuition may be paid by cash, or credit card. Payment by checks may be acceptable for our four (4) week or longer courses however the textbook must be paid using a credit card as authorization. Tuition for a weekend course can be paid using the installment plan but must be paid in full prior to the beginning of the third day of a 4 day program.
Note:
Any completion certificate issued to any Lee Institute Broker students that have been lost, damaged or misplaced is subject to a $50 replacement cost!
