TO ALL LICENSED SALESPERSONS & BROKERS:
In Massachusetts the state law requires that all brokers and salespersons must complete 12 hours of approved continuing education in order to hold an active real estate license. The Lee Institute is approved for many continuing education courses but only 6 are required within a 24 month period before your renewal date. The courses are live instruction and Online which you can choose in various schedules. The Lee Institute Continuing Education Program offers the finest education given by experienced instructors. No examination is required.

All students who take the Lee Institute Continuing Education Program are listed on our database system at the school. This system was designed to help protect students for license renewals in case of any lost or inaccurate class attendance. The system was also designed and programed to keep adequate records for students in case of auditing or proof of attendance as may be requested by the Massachusetts Real Estate Board. *Important: The Board of Registration for Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons does not require license holders when renewing their license to bring or mail their completion certificates to the board after completing their courses, however, all license holders who wish to stay active must show proof of completion by providing the Massachusetts Real Estate Board the original copies issued to the students provided by the school.  In the renewal process the licensee will be asked to check the box on their renewal application if they have completed their 12 hours of continuing education to keep their license active. This procedure will activate a license for 24 months until the next renewal cycle. The license holders must complete this education every renewal period if they wish to still maintain an active license in Massachusetts.

$120 for 12 hour CE program, special prices for online courses
$60 for 6 hour CE program, special prices for online courses
