This is the second day of the 40 hour pre-licensed course in preparation for the Massachusetts real estate licensed examination. The student will be able to access many chapter videos and will have several practice questions to test their knowledge as it pertains to the lectures. The course will help generate easy accessibility to specific terms based about the subject and its objective. With its completion the student should be able to apply this knowledge to their state exam as they answer questions based on the lectures. As described in the 13th edition textbook much of what the student will learn will be based upon the lectures and chapters associated with the second day of the program. The textbook chapters include the Massachusetts examination preparation videos along with Chapter 6, Liens & Encumbrances, Chapter 7, Contracts, Chapter 8, Mortgage, Chapter 9, Financing and Chapter 10, Leases & Tenancy.
