The student will begin the journey through our 1 hour program by learning the essential practices of real estate and the fundamentals of real estate finance and build upon their success by mastering the role of a professional real estate agent as it has to do renting, buying, or selling property for clients. Perform duties, such as study property listings, interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts. Includes agents who represent buyer. All students who complete their course will be able to print out the certificate of completion from their own computer.
