Agent Qualifications:
  • Mass Real Estate License
  • Car, cell phone, digital camera.
  • Professional, articulate, courteous.
  • Able to work full time.
Office Description:
  • We are a well-established office with a huge database of listings.
  • Upbeat, non-corporate, yet very professional.
  • You will have a private desk, computer and phone.
  • You will get company-generated leads from the first day.
  • One-on-one training, clerical support, parking.
  • Access to proprietary database of over 6,000 listings, photos of 1,000 apartments, ads already written for hundreds of apartments, keys to most units in the office.
  • All the agents here have at least a BA, most have an MA. You won't be alone if you feelover-educated or over-qualified.
